How is this different from generic AI chatbots?

Can we control what content it uses?

Implementation

How long does it take to go live?

Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff, since our team handles configuration and QA end-to-end.

What does the setup process look like?

We define the scope together. Reshape finds as many sources as are publicly available and merges them with your approved sources. We configure guardrails and program custom configurators when needed. The agent is then deployed as a branded website widget, in Microsoft Teams, or directly as an add-on in your CRM.

Will an agent slow down my site?

No. It loads asynchronously and is lightweight.

Do we need technical staff to run this?

No. ReshapeX does the heavy lifting. You provide your approved content and business goals, and we handle setup, training, integration, and optimization.

What happens after deployment?

We don’t just walk away. Our team monitors performance, tweaks agent behavior, and ensures the outcomes (conversion lift, ticket deflection, lead quality) align with your business goals.

Governance & Trust

How do you make sure the agents stay accurate?

We continuously monitor queries and fine-tune responses. If the data isn’t available, the agent won’t guess — and our team adjusts guardrails and sources as your business evolves.

Can I be sure it won’t hallucinate?

The agent only answers from your approved content and every answer includes a citation. If no data exists, it won’t respond.

What if our content or products change?
