What is ReshapeX?

ReshapeX is a managed service. We design, deploy, and continuously optimize AI Agents for industrial companies so you get measurable results without adding more software to manage.

How is this different from generic AI chatbots?

Our agents only answer from your approved content (catalogs, docs, configurators) and always cite sources. If it’s not in your data, they won’t guess.

Who is ReshapeX for?

Is ReshapeX a platform we have to manage?

No. ReshapeX is a service, not a self-serve platform. Our team designs, implements, and continuously optimizes your AI Agents so they deliver measurable results without adding work to your team.

What’s included in the service?

Everything from agent design and integration to deployment, monitoring, and post-launch adjustments. We ensure agents stay aligned with your business needs and perform optimally over time.

How does the concierge agent increase conversions?

What data sources does it use?

Your product data, configurators, competitor matrices, and approved documentation.

Does it integrate with my CRM?

Customer Service Agent

How does the service agent reduce ticket volume?

It instantly answers repetitive support questions from manuals, spec sheets, and FAQs. If an answer isn’t available, it routes to search or contact forms.

What if the agent doesn’t know the answer?

It says so — and sends the user to fallback search or your support team.

Can we control what content it uses?

Yes. You decide which documents, knowledge bases, or data sources the agent has access to.

Implementation

How long does it take to go live?

Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff, since our team handles configuration and QA end-to-end.

What does the setup process look like?

We define the scope together. Reshape finds as many sources as are publicly available and merges them with your approved sources. We configure guardrails and program custom configurators when needed. The agent is then deployed as a branded website widget, in Microsoft Teams, or directly as an add-on in your CRM.

Will an agent slow down my site?

No. It loads asynchronously and is lightweight.

Do we need technical staff to run this?

No. ReshapeX does the heavy lifting. You provide your approved content and business goals, and we handle setup, training, integration, and optimization.

What happens after deployment?

We don’t just walk away. Our team monitors performance, tweaks agent behavior, and ensures the outcomes (conversion lift, ticket deflection, lead quality) align with your business goals.

Governance & Trust

How do you make sure the agents stay accurate?

We continuously monitor queries and fine-tune responses. If the data isn’t available, the agent won’t guess — and our team adjusts guardrails and sources as your business evolves.

Can I be sure it won’t hallucinate?

The agent only answers from your approved content and every answer includes a citation. If no data exists, it won’t respond.

What if our content or products change?

ReshapeX updates and re-trains the agent as part of the service, so your AI stays in sync with your catalog, docs, and business priorities.

Is customer data safe?

Yes. All interactions are logged, anonymized, and governed by your security settings.

Does it support multiple languages?
