Terms not defined here

have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.

• Analyze usage to improve services
• Train and refine AI models only if you have not opted out

4. AI Model Training & Opt-Out

By default, we may use non-confidential User Input and Output to improve our AI Workflow Features. You may opt out at any time by:

• Emailing privacy@reshapeautomation.com, or
• Adjusting your account settings

We will never use data marked as confidential, or data containing personal information, for model training without your explicit consent.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Session management
• Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, first-party tracking)
• Feature functionality

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features.

6. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers: For hosting, analytics, AI processing, payment processing
• Third-party model providers: Listed in Exhibit A of our Terms of Service
• Legal compliance: If required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety

We do not sell Personal Information.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for the duration of your Subscription and for 30 days thereafter for data portability. Upon written request, we will delete your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

8. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery, with details and recommended remediation steps.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your Personal Information
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request data portability
• Opt out of certain processing (including AI model training)
• File a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. International Data Transfers

If we transfer your Personal Information outside your jurisdiction, we will ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or UK IDTA.

11. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law). If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
