Agents second. The industry rushed to ship agents, and most have stalled: an agent is only as accurate as the knowledge it can call, and a general-purpose LLM doesn’t know your products. What closes the gap is a knowledge grounding layer underneath: a graph-based representation of your products, configurations, and compatibility rules built at build time, not query time, exposed through a tool harness and verified with evals against your real catalog.
